Artichoke Dip

I have posted two days in a row, who am I? I figured I should post again because I'll be out of town for a little while (Tulsa then Virginia Beach).

As some of you know, I have a Monday night Bible study. One of the many awesome things about it is the food! Every week the menu changes and a few weeks ago it was "Appetizer Night!" I decided to make my Mom's Artichoke Dip! Here are the deets:

Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
-Kraft Parmesan Cheese (green container)
-Hellmann's Mayonnaise (not fat free or reduced fat and ONLY Hellmann's!)
-Artichoke hearts
-Paprika

Directions
Okay, this has to be the EASIEST recipe I've ever made. All you need to know is that it's equal portions of cheese, mayo, and artichoke hearts. So, 1 cup, 1 cup, and 1 cup! You'll definitely want to chop up the artichoke hearts so that it's easier to eat once it's ready. Mix mayo, chopped artichoke hearts, and parm cheese together. Pour into a greased baking dish, sprinkle paprika over top, and bake uncovered for 20ish min at 350 degrees. You may want to bake it longer depending on how it looks.

This dip is phenomenal with triscuits! I kid you not, no other cracker compliments this dish like triscuits. Definitely get the plain, any of the flavored ones would be too overpowering with the dip!

Here are the before pictures. No after pictures occurred because I was running out the door!

Now I want to make it again. This is something you could easily devour all by yourself. Seriously, it's that good.

I'm off to do a little packing for my trip to Tulsa tomorrow. I hope I run into these guys while I'm there...
