I made a smoothie yesterday afternoon to help me get through some tedious paper writing! Once I got halfway through, I let myself take a little smoothie break.
-3/4-1 cup frozen blueberries- didn’t measure, just poured
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/2 scoop chocolate milkshake flavor BSN Syntha-6 Protein Powder
Add to blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth!
This was a great combination! The sweetness of the protein powder balanced out the tartness of the blueberries. I bet this would be out of this world if you subbed in vanilla protein powder!
